All rental rate amounts and prices for services are estimates based on currently available information and availability and subject to change at the sole discretion of management and as set forth in a fully executed agreement between the parties. All requested calendar holds may be granted by management in its sole discretion but are not binding and create no rights or obligations between the parties until a mutually agreed upon deposit is received by management.
